Giacomo Puccini, a grand master of Italian opera, will be back at Plac Defilad with one on his immortal works, Tosca, which will take place in three acts on 3 June 2020! Tosca tickets on sale now.

Tosca open air opera in Warsaw

Leading roles will be performed by artists of world renown: Kristine Opolais (Floria Tosca), one of the most sought after sopranos today, for many years associated with, i.a., the Metropolitan Opera; Chilean-American tenor Jonathan Tetelman (Mario Cavaradossi) who has made his Royal Opera House debut in the 2019/2020 Season; and  Ambrogio Maestri (Baron Scarpia), an Italian baritone hailed as the most important vocal discovery since Pavarotti. The Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra and the Warsaw Philharmonic Choir will be conducted by Bassem Akiki.
