About the event
Have you bought tickets to the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour concert in Warsaw but you can no longer attend? In the official eBilet resale, fans can sell their eBliet tickets to other fans if they are no longer able to attend the event.
Read the terms and conditions of the resale service.
End dates for Official Resale applications:
- Monday, July 29, 11:59 PM for the concert on August 1
- Tuesday, July 30, 11:59 PM for the concert on August 2 & 3
Important:
- The cost of listing a ticket on the resale system is 50 PLN per ticket, refundable if the ticket is not sold.
- VIP tickets and tickets distributed by PL.2012+ sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw are excluded from the resale service.
- If your ticket is not sold, we will inform you 2 days before the concert date, and you will receive a refund for the resale access fee within the next 14 days, according to original payment method.
- Remember! You cannot withdraw your ticket from the resale system. Please make thoughtful decisions
How to add tickets for resale?
- Find the e-mail confirmation with your tickets for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour.
- Click “Download (PDF)” next to the ticket you want to sell and open the ticket.
- Find the 16-character code of your ticket located under the barcode - this is your access code to submit the ticket for resale.
- Go back the dedicated resale landing page and click “Sell” next to the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour - Official Resale.
- Provide the 16-character code from your ticket.
- Fill out the transaction form with your contact details.
- Review and accept the required consents.
- Pay for the order.
9.Your ticket will be added to the sale within max. 3 working days after completing the transaction and will be available for purchase HERE.
10. It is not possible to sell a ticket to a specific person; all tickets are added to open sale.
11.If your ticket is sold, we will inform you in a separated e-mail. You will receive a refund for the sold ticket within max. 14 days of the sale according to the original payment method.
