On September 11 - 12, Formula 1 cars will appear at PGE Narodowy for the first time ever – fans will see machines from the Oracle Red Bull Racing and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls teams live in a unique stadium setting. This will be a one-of-a-kind opportunity to witness two extremely different sides of motorsport in one place - Formula 1, a symbol of technological perfection, and drifting, which is rapidly strengthening its position in the motorsport world.
One of the highlights will be a spectacular “chase” battle - two F1 cars will go head-to-head on a tight track in a format never seen in any Grand Prix race.
This has never happened in Poland before. On September 11 - 12 at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw, two Formula 1 cars will face off directly on a track laid out on the stadium floor. All of this will take place as part of the Red Bull Drift Masters Grand Finale, an event that traditionally closes the season of the world’s most prestigious drifting series – and this time, it takes on a completely new dimension.
This meeting is no coincidence. Formula 1 and drifting have attracted huge groups of devoted fans for years. Emotion and limitless dedication connect these two worlds. Today, they intersect at one point, showing that there are many paths to the same passion – speed, control, and competition.
During this year’s Red Bull Drift Masters Grand Finale, fans will see machines from the Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 Team and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team in action. Their presence is more than just a show – the central highlight of the program will be a spectacular “chase” battle, taking place during a break in the drifting competition.
Two F1 cars, a tight stadium circuit, and direct competition create a format that cannot be compared to a traditional race and is even more impressive live than on screen.
But that’s not all. Fans will also be able to see the F1 cars up close in the paddock at PGE Narodowy, where Red Bull teams will present their dedicated zones. Organizers also promise additional activities involving the cars, and that’s still not everything – more surprises related to the event will be revealed closer to the date.
The Red Bull Drift Masters Grand Finale is, above all, the sporting climax of the Drift Masters season. For years, the series has built its reputation as one of the most competitive and spectacular drifting leagues in the world, with its Warsaw finale regularly deciding the championship title. The competition takes place in a 1-on-1 battle format, where drivers run in close proximity, pushing the limits of grip and error. Speed, racing line, and maximum drift angle are key.
This year, the stakes are exceptionally high. Irish driver Conor Shanahan is defending the title, but the pressure is rising as Polish drivers are among the frontrunners and are determined to take control on home soil. Piotr Więcek, Paweł Korpuliński, Kuba Przygoński, Jakub Król and Dawid Sposób belong to the global elite and in Warsaw will fight not only for the round victory but above all for the Drift Masters championship title. The first round of the season will take place on May 1 - 2 in Rome, and a broadcast of every round with Polish commentary will be available on Red Bull TV. The combination of the season’s final round with a direct showdown between Formula 1 cars makes this year’s Red Bull Drift Masters Grand Finale far more than a standard motorsport event. It’s a weekend where two radically different but equally intense worlds meet in one place – the technology of F1 and the uncompromising battle of drifting.
