How to buy

1. Open an account on our platform – to allow us to adjust our special offer to your interests. At any time you will be able to view the status and history of your purchases.  You can register your account by inserting your email address or through Facebook account.

 

2. Find an event which you are interested in or a date at which you wish to use our offer. You may find the event using the browser on our website or according to category: music, theater, sports, classics, shows and business.  You may also use a special calendar in the right corner.

 

3. DATE and place: After selecting an event you will be redirected to the dedicated subpage. You will be able to pick here the date or place (in the case of events) you are interested in. You will be redirected to the order form by clicking BUY TICKET.

 

4. Pick the kind of ticket - The event you selected may be held at a place with numbered and unnumbered seats.  Therefore, at the first step you have to pick the kind and number of tickets you wish to book.

 

5. Select the seat – In the case of an auditorium with numbered seats you may tick the seat you are interested in.  After selecting the seats you must fill out the order form – the data included therein are stored safety and are only used for identification purposes.

 

6. Pay – at the next step you will be transferred to the pages of Centrum Autoryzacji Kart Kredytowych eCard S.A. where you will be able to pay for the tickets you purchase.

 

7. After the payment is approved by eCard S.A., you will be automatically redirected to eBilet.pl

DELIVERY OF PURCHASED TICKETS

Tickets will be delivered to you in line with the mode of delivery of tickets you selected and paid for.

  1. You will receive your home ticket after the payment is recorded to the e-mail address you indicated during the purchase process.
  2. If you selected the option to have your purchases delivered by post or courier, you will receive your tickets to the mailing address you indicated during the purchase process. The shipping time depends on the sales intensity in a given period. Tickets for events that will occur soonest have priority. The maximum delivery time is 30 days. Further, please make sure that you enter correct data necessary for shipping your tickets when placing your order, since the shipment may take longer if you insert incomplete data. We take all efforts to make sure that your purchases reach you as soon as possible.

TICKET RETURN / RESERVATION POLICY

  1. No right to withdraw from the agreement

Pursuant to art. 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act dated 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014) any customer who enters into an agreement through the eBilet ticket sales platform outside the trader premises or remotely shall not be entitled to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, as referred to in art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act dated 30 May 2014.

  1. Ticket return policy

If and to the extent that the regulations of the Event Organizer of a given event provide for the possibility of returning tickets, eBilet’s participation in the return of tickets shall be governed by the following rules.

If a ticket is returned, eBilet shall be obliged to refund the ticket price to the Customer if and to the extent that eBilet receives appropriate funds for such purpose from the Event Organizer. If eBilet receives from the Event Organizer reliable information that the event has been cancelled or the date or time thereof has changed, eBilet will take efforts to forward such information to Customers.

  1. Ticket return policy if any event is cancelled

In order to return a ticket if the event has been cancelled, please send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: rezerwacje@ebilet.pl with information that you wish to return the ticket and with indication of the reservation number.  If payment has been made by transfer, the refund shall be made to the bank account from which payment for the ticket has been made, unless the Customer indicates any other account number by sending an e-mail to eBilet from the e-mail account assigned to the order.  If payment has been made by a payment card, information about such payment should be included in the message. The refund shall be made to the card by which payment for the ticket has been made. eBilet shall have 14 business days to authorize the payment from the date on which you receive an e-mail that money was provided for refund.

If tickets have been purchased with one of the following delivery options: by courier or by Polish Post, in order to get a refund the Customer must deliver the previously received tickets to the mailing address of the company’s office - PGE Narodowy, Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1, lok. 01.045, 03-901 Warszawa.

If tickets have been purchased in a point of sale, they should be returned at the place of their purchase upon presentation of a receipt.

  1. Ticket return policy in the event of any change of the event date or place

If the event date changes, the Event Organizer, via eBilet, shall propose to Customers tickets for the selected event at another date (as far as available) with a value corresponding to the value of the initially purchased tickets, unless the regulations of the Event Organizer provide otherwise or the Customer is entitled to return the ticket. In order to return the ticket, please send a message to the following e-mail address: rezerwacje@ebilet.pl, with information that you wish to return the ticket and with indication of the reservation number.  If payment has been made by transfer, the refund shall be made to the bank account from which payment for the ticket has been made, unless the Customer indicates any other account number by sending an e-mail to eBilet from the e-mail account assigned to the order.  If payment has been made by a payment card, information about such payment should be included in the message.
